Dr. Nate Matusheski
Nate Matusheski holds a PhD in Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois and dual BS degrees in Nutrition Science and Food Science from Penn State University. He currently serves on the membership Committee of the American Society for Nutrition (ASN) and is Vice Chair of the Lipids Committee for ILSI-North America. At DSM Nutritional Products, he translates scientific research on nutritional ingredients to enable health benefit communication for the North American market. Nate has authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications and is an inventor on several international patents. His research interests include micronutrient status, nutritional lipids, dietary fiber and dietary bioactive components.
